Big move from Anthropic.
KPMG just signed a global alliance with them.
And this is not another “AI innovation lab” PowerPoint 😅
Claude is being embedded directly into real enterprise workflows across:
→ tax
→ legal
→ private equity
→ advisory
→ portfolio operations
Inside a company with 276,000+ employees.
That’s the important part.
AI is moving from “employee productivity tool”…
to operational infrastructure.
And honestly, this is where enterprise AI becomes very different from consumer AI.
Consumers optimize for novelty.
Enterprises optimize for trust.
Not:
“wow this model is cool”
But:
→ governance
→ permissions
→ compliance
→ reliability
→ workflow integration
That’s where real lock-in happens.
And it also explains why consulting firms are becoming one of the biggest AI distribution layers in the world.
Because enterprises do not want to “figure AI out themselves”.
They want:
→ implementation
→ workflow redesign
→ compliance frameworks
→ operational support
→ change management
Funny thing – everyone thought AI would disrupt consulting first.
Instead, consulting may become one of the biggest winners of AI adoption 🤡
Now the next battle gets interesting:
Which AI lab captures the Big Four ecosystem first?
Because once a model becomes deeply embedded into enterprise operations…
switching becomes painful.
Very painful.
And that’s where real power starts.
If you’re building in AI and still thinking only about models – you’re probably missing where enterprise value actually accumulates.
