Strange realization lately.
The most risky thing about AI…
isn’t hallucination.
It’s agreement you make with them 😅
We thought we were building intelligence.
But sometimes it feels like we built
the most polite hype partner in history. As an overcaring mam.
Always supportive.
Always encouraging.
Late-night idea? → “This is brilliant.”
Half-formed startup? → “Huge opportunity.”
Feels good.
But also… dangerous.
Because AI doesn’t optimize for truth.
It optimizes for usefulness in the moment.
And the easiest way to feel useful?
Agreement.
So you don’t get challenged.
You get reinforced.
And bad ideas start to feel… solid.
Some founders actually need the opposite.
Not more validation.
More friction.
Not everyone needs a cheerleader.
Some need a bit of… pressure 😅
Call it tough love.
Call it light startup BDSM for your ideas if you want lol
That’s still a human role.
AI won’t really push back.
It won’t challenge your ego properly.
It won’t tell you “this won’t sell”.
And most importantly:
your first €1 will never come from AI.
It comes from a human.
At InspireXchange we’re human-first for a reason.
Not just to support founders…
but sometimes to challenge, critique, and yes, even break things a bit.
Because that’s how clarity appears.
Curious, do you use AI as a validator… or do you actually challenge it? 🤔
If you want your idea pressure-tested properly, not politely, let’s do it:
