Something funny is happening in the creative world.
Claude didn’t launch a “big feature”.
It just started becoming… the glue 😳
Look at the stack:
– Blender
– Adobe
– Autodesk Fusion
– Ableton
– SketchUp
– Resolume
– Canva / Affinity
Different tools.
Different languages.
Different workflows.
Until now.
The old process:
Idea → tool → export → something breaks → another tool → fix → repeat
A lot of creativity lost in translation, in vain.
Claude is not replacing these tools.
It’s going after the messy middle nobody enjoys.
What actually changes:
1 – Tools start talking
Context moves across 3D, audio, video without constant rework
2 – Learning curve drops
Less tutorials, more “just ask”
3 – Repetitive work disappears
Cleanup, formatting, prep – gone
4 – Idea → prototype gets faster
You extend tools on the fly
That’s the shift: stack isn’t being replaced. It’s being wrapped.
And the interface becomes… more conversational.
Which means that the bottleneck is no longer tools.
It’s taste.
Judgment.
Direction.
We used to optimize for software.
Now we optimize for operators.
And whoever controls that layer…
quietly controls how work gets done.
Funny thing – we spent years learning tools.
Now the tools are learning us.
Curious – does this make creativity more accessible… or just more competitive?
