AI will automate a lot. But it will not replace everything obviously.

Digitalization made communication faster, cheaper and easier to scale. It also made it flatter, colder and increasingly unpleasant. Yes, guys AI-products are mostly unpleasant for non-tech people.

Human contact is becoming a premium product - one real handshake can now be worth more than hundreds of automated calls, emails and “personalized” LinkedIn messages.

Especially in early-stage B2B. Real deals still happen between people and products are sold through trust, uncomfortable questions and honest conversations. And trust. Human trust.

B2C is different. Many AI products are amusement rides: an app explodes today, disappears next year, and the founder spends the following decade speaking at events about how brilliant it once was. Best case, they sell, retired first and have a small garden and a doggy to care of.

So while everyone is adding AI to everything, ask a less fashionable question:

What real human value does your product create beyond its functionality?
